HITA Leads the Discussion at UHD Language and Health Symposium

On April 5th, 2024, the President and Secretary of HITA will be lending their expertise to the University of Houston Downtown (UHD) Language and Health Symposium. This symposium offers a unique platform for healthcare interpreters, educators, and industry leaders to explore various topics related to language and healthcare. Our HITA representatives will be actively involved in the symposium, contributing their valuable insights and fostering collaboration within the interpreting community.

This prestigious event brings together stakeholders from across the nation to celebrate 15 years of national healthcare interpreter credentialing.
